This is great.
One problem though.
The shadows under the noses keep reminding me of a hitler stache.
It's just really hard to see them as shadows

you might not want "tradigital" as a tag in your other one or he will think you are trying to submit two entries and automatically disqualify you without hesitation. meaning he wouldn't check to see that it is just a work in progress. and just disqualify you.

I thought this was great and i'm sure Jazza will love it too!!

The owl looked a lot like the ones in "Legend of the Guardians"

It has a nice realism but still cartoony enough for the contest.

And yeah, Ollies' part barn owl and the main character from "Legend of the Guardians"(had to google, I haven´t seen it) is a barn owl! Glad you could see that!

I think I made it a bit too "realistic". I just painted and painted, and I really had to stop myself from keep adding more and more details :P
